In today’s vlog we head to Universal Studios Florida to see what’s new in the park as far as construction progress in the front of the park and in KidZone. We saw lots of construction walls and we can’t wait to see all of these areas when they’re complete and the new rides are open. Then we take a stroll around the park and try more Mardi Gras foods! We try some definite hits and some real misses, too. We hope this will help when you’re in the park and trying to decide what to try. I’m excited to come back and try more menu items in the future! Don't expect a bigger pølse (sausage/hotdog) in the Danish booth, cause our hotdogs are thin here in Denmark (but the breads are also smaller here, so the proportions are better) 😅 And the red colour is just how they are made, and I'm not sure why 😂
You have got to try the ice cream brioche in France. You can choose any flavour and any sauce. It doesn't all melt either,
I love Chocolate ice cream and Raspberry sauce. yum 😋

I love Universal's Mardi Gras. I wish I'd had the time to try more of the dishes this year! I'd bet BeaverTails are better, but that "Snowshoe" looks great.
I’m coming down to Orlando in May for a week with my S/O for their first time and i am so excited! Staying at the Universal Cabana Bay hotel across from Volcano Bay and will be going there for both our first times. Super excited, though sad Shrek 4-D is gone but that’s okay cause i am super excited for the Velocicoaster and Hagrid’s Motorbike adventure!
