🔥BUFFALO CHICKEN PASTA
-2 chicken breasts
-1 packet or 2 to 3 Tbsp ranch seasoning
-1/2 cup franks buffalo sauce
-1lb favorite pasta
-6 laughing cow cheese wedges
-Salt and pepper to taste
Add chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch powder and salt and pepper to slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours until chicken is done and falling apart. Boil noodles and while they’re cooking shred the chicken. Add in your cooked and drained pasta noodles as well as your laughing cow cheese wedges. Let sit for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to melt all of the cheese. Enjoy!

🥔MEATLOAF & POTATOES
-1lb lean ground beef
-1/2 cup oats
-1 small can tomato sauce
-1 to 2 Tbsp soy sauce
-Minced garlic to taste
-1 Tbsp each of garlic powder and onion powder
-salt and pepper to taste
-6-10 red potatoes + desired potato seasoning (I used salt, pepper and ranch seasoning!)
Mix all ingredients (besides potatoes) together to form a meat loaf, add into on side of your crock pot lined in foil, make sure to use cooking spray to avoid it sticking. Dice your potatoes into wedges, spray on olive oil and toss in seasoning, lay them on the other side of the crock pot. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours until meatloaf is completely cooked through and potatoes are tender.

🥘SAUSAGE POTATO CASSEROLE

🍜CREAMY TUSCAN CHICKEN
-3 chicken breast
-2 jars light Alfredo sauce
-1/2 cup grated parmesan
-1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (not pocked in oil)
-2 cups fresh spinach
-2 tbsp Italian seasoning
-garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
Start by adding your Alfredo sauce, parmesan, tomatoes and seasoning to the crockpot and stir until well combined. Add in the chicken and spoon some sauce over the top of it. Cook on low for 2-4 hours until chicken is tender. Then add in the spinach and cook your cauliflower rice while the spinach wilts down, this only takes a couple of minutes. This was awesome with cauliflower rice but would be great with regular rice or pasta as well!

🍝TURKEY MEATBALL SUBS
-Hoagie rolls of choice, mine were 6sp
-1lb lean ground turkey
-1 packet frozen chopped spinach
-2 tbsp ranch seasoning
-1 tbsp minced garlic
-2 tbsp italian seasoning
-Garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
-Homemade zero point marinara or favorite jarred sauce

**you do not have to make this in advance, just add all ingredients into the crock pot, stir, then add in your meatballs and it will all cook together!
Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 inch meatballs, mine made 15 total. Add into the marinara and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until meatballs are cooked through (I did mine for like 9 hours and it was okay lol!)
Add your meatballs and sauce to your roll and broil in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted and the bread is lightly toasted. Dip in ranch, obviously.
