    Yes, you pissed me off. (Okey, maybe I overexaggerate) My pet gripe…. Fry off the paste 1st.
    Do this experiment:
    in a very tiny pan, add 1 teaspoon of the nutralists oil you can find. (so add avo oil) and one teaspoon tomato paste. fry it up for 2 minutes on medium high, starting in a hot pan. Now taste the raw paste, and taste the fried paste. After tasting the difference, you are welcome to call me an idiot if you believe I am. Many top tier chefs I respect still get this wrong.
    Just fry it off.
    And about pissing me off… not really. Still love the vids, I'm not leaving yet. What I'm actually pissed off is that I did not get one of those garlic pressers a while back

  3. OMG The absolute best cooking show on the internet. No competition. Haven't tried this one – yet – but I'm addicted to some of your Tex-Mex offerings. Only problem…I watch something like this and have to rush to grocery for ingredients.

  7. I don't normally care about words but this one pissed me off. When you use the word pussy and I'm trying to watch your video with my wife and 5 year old daughter in the room, that makes me pretty irritated. Do what you want but please don't use that word.

  9. Dinky is for sure a Canadian and Mid-western saying. I grew up in Michigan and "dinky" was used quite often. I mention dinky in southern california and they automatically say what part of the midwest are you from?
