Welcome back to our channel.
Today we have another property in the town of Montecilfone, Molise, which is located less than 20 minutes from the city of Termoli and the beach.
This is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house with gorgeous vaulted ceilings and so much potential. It is located in the centre of town, with easy access from the main street and walking distance to the bar, doctor, pharmacy the commune, the Tabacchi and other amenities.
This Villa would make a beautiful family home once it receives the TLC it so much deserves.
It features 4 Balconies, a terrace, a large garage and shop on the bottom of the property.

We are not real estate agents, however we love Italian properties and small towns, and we would love to see these towns revived by people coming here, moving permanently or having a holiday home.
It goes without saying that you will need to do your due diligence.
If you are interested in either of these properties, contact us by email: rossinniandco@gmail.com and we will put you in touch directly with the owners.
As an FYI, these properties are not listed with a real estate.
I hope you enjoy this episode, as always please let us know what you think in the comments.

  1. I suppose it's best to make the kitchen down stairs. So you can eat at the bottom and if you have guests you can serve them best down stairs.

  2. Large house and very beautiful, a lot of characters . Very well presented and was a pleasure to watch the video

  3. This looks like a ghost town. All other buildings look like they are boarded up.

  4. This property has enormous potential… over all the structure seems to be in good shape on the outside, other than some really bad DIY mortar repair… def needs to be completely repointed..
The shop is a great size, other than needing a bathroom for customers..
Just needs some updating and a new kitchen and bath… overall, in good shape… would definitely strip those doors down to the original beautiful wood…

  5. Just imagine a baker watching this video. Central location, place for shop in front, place for work shop and delivery, and house. He could never loose in that one.

  6. WOW. I love this house. I love to restore homes. Every house that I have owned I have gutted and restored. This house has so much potential of becoming an amazing palazzo. I wish I could buy it right now. But I’m not in Italy and I’m not Italian. I am Puerto Rican and live in Puerto Rico. I just restored my home about a year ago. Been living in it for 8 months. If there was a way that I can live in Italy and buy that house I would. But I’m not a resident and I don’t know how all that works. I know I could but it but I can’t be a resident. Can you inform me of how it would be possible for me to buy a home in Italy? Even if it’s not this one.

  7. I just turned 71 and my partner and I have no small amount of experience renovating older properties in the US. I can feel my old urges rising up looking at this home. It has a very workable floor plan and unless it is holding some nightmareish structural issues someone "Puit lipstick on" before getting it on to the market, I can see why yuor husband was getting excited! Living in the Seattle, WA area, that 75K Euro price tag looks like a GIFT. You two are young and clearly can do the work or manage the work of the trades so I think you have a very bright future once you navigate the bureaucracies of moving to a different country with a mind to live there indefinitely! This is fun 🤩

  8. This casa has many wonderful features. Also, your attention to detail and ability to keep the viewer organized in the order of the walk through is one of the best I have seen.

  9. I strongly recommend to buy something what is called cat fury for a microfone if you are using external mic. Just for cut off wind blow sound and your voice will be very clear.
