In today’s video I’m going to share my top 5 tips for eating out while trying to lose weight. I really wish I would have included that trying not to eat out as much as possible is advantage when trying to lose weight .
As far as my weight loss journey I’ve had success on WW. I’m 5’7″, 41 years old and currently down 42 pounds.

Some great tips! I think I’ll try splinting my meal in half and honestly I never heard of skinny veggies so thanks for that tip! I’ll be sure to next time I go out 😊
