Nightmare look nice the views but life there, taxes, hyper inflation and the rest is why no Italians live there, they've all gone. Property tax on purchase 25% of property value and legal fees huge, plus preservation orders, not to mention other hurdles low employments, taxation, why do you think the 2 greedy Italians, celebrity chefs left Italy 30 years ago and never went back to live there!?
Always mention there are bars & restaurants in town but never mention if there are grocery stores, hardware like stores, medical care, etc.. Do only bars & restaurants matter to you and the rest mean nothing? How about we include information in the town / city as to what IS and what IS NOT in the town / city from the perspective of grocery stores (type / how many ), hardwear stores (how many), medical care ( what type ) and if it does not exist in the town then identify in the next closest town those amenities are and what the distance is. That is what we Americans call full service. That is how we do it and sell real estate. We do not just care about pubs, bars, restaurants.

WOW, that is a very nice house with an amazing view, absolutely beautiful!!! Those are perfectly normal size bathrooms, it's the oversized american bathrooms which are out-of-the-ordinary for the rest of the world…Some americans claim that they need huge kitchens ( even though realistically one doesn't need more than 3 feet of counter to prepare a meal), because they entertain in them, perhaps they need also huge bathrooms because they entertain there too? lol

the only way this kind of video would be better, is if I were watching a video about someone living their life out of that space.. instead of just selling the space. Slaves love the dream.. but free people love to live. And the place is nice, but it's sad too.. because people are leaving it, for some reason.
