  7. karjalanpiirakka (karelian pie) with egg butter(chopped boiled eggs mixed in soft salty butter). The pies are basically rice porridge in rye crust, traditional food from the karelian region from the eastern border of Finland that has become a staple in finnish households.

    During christmas time gingerbread with bluecheese.
