I think this was one of the most satisfying Kitchen Nightmare episodes. You can tell they genuinely wanted better for their restaurant. Chef Ramsey also showed so much compassion in comparison to other episodes!

Anyone who has truly worked in the food/beverage industry knows damn well that Sara was out of pocket with shady behavior. Waitresses like that don't last long in properly run establishments because it's a team based business. Everyone needs everyone and when you start acting like you're the MVP,you're going to fall hard. No one wants to work with a selfish bitch. Just facts. That chef was a hell of a red flag too. I don't even know why he was still there after the chicken incident. Dude is straight up useless.

I feel like Rita is the only one who deserves redemption. She's willing to take the criticism and change. But something people usually forget is that change takes lots of time and effort. It doesn't come over night. It happens slowly. But those who are willing to work hard. Plus it seems like shes the only one who actually cares and wants to try to change.
