” My husband and I got married in October with Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano of Wagner Tours Wedding and Weddings , and wow it was just amazing!! As soon as we made contact with Mario to enquire about the services he was prompt and informative about how he could bring to life the wedding we were looking for. Lots of information was provided which detailed the specific services and costs for each. This comes in the format of a giant spreadsheet / numerous emails. And anything extra that I wanted to ask or check, Mario was extremely prompt at responding (Not sure he sleeps!).
Everything you could possible want is organised through Mario – including the hairdresser and makeup artist. I used Andrea for my hair who arranged a trial at my hotel and was just fantastic at re-creating the style that I wanted. He did a fabulous job for the hair for my bridal party who had a range of styles which wasn’t a problem for him. I was nervous about using a makeup artist in Italy that I had never used before, and especially being somebody who regularly watched makeup tutorials on Instagram, I had high expectations! I was really pleasantly surprised at how good she was, I would honestly recommend her whether you want a natural finish or a heavier style which I was looking for. She used known makeup brands and applied it using the same techniques I have seen and was really thorough at making sure the finished look was just perfect! We also used Enrico Capuano the photographer and Pier the videographer. They were both great, very relaxed and put you at ease. My husband doesn’t particularly enjoy having his photo taken but felt completely relaxed and actually got quite into it! They checked you were comfortable with what they were asking you to do and were happy to take any shots that you asked for. Our highlights were 2 things – the food – OMG, and Villa Eva – WOW! We were literally blown away by both. As you may know, the italians enjoy many courses during a meal, and every one was just superb and beautifully cooked & presented. The guests all commented at how amazing the meal was, and throughout the waiting staff were attentive and ensured that your wine glasses did not become empty! The venue itself it’s just unreal, you really can’t comprehend how beautiful it is despite the amount of videos and photos you may see of it. Throughout the whole day, Mario and the team just took control of everything and the day ran perfectly from start to finish. Mario is so highly thought of in Ravello with many locals sharing that he is the best wedding planner in the area! He had good humour & was very down to earth. Annamaria is just wonderful, so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome when we arrived. We thank you so much for everything you did throughout. If you are looking to use Wagner Tours for your wedding, I would highly recommend them & this magical place!!! Ravello now has a special place in our hearts and we look forward to renewing our vows with you in 10 years! ”
