  1. Looove ceviche. I went on holiday to Cancun last November and ate my weight in the stuff 😂

  2. I don't make the red sauce that spicy or spicy at all for people trying chilaquiles the first time.

  3. If I’m going to be honest if you bought tacos in Mexico that would be atleast 3 or 2 dollars

  4. "I've never seen THIS before!"

Me (Texan):…you mean like this morning, or…

  5. I’m sorry, boys, but if you want REAL, authentic, fresh Mexican, California and/or the southwest is the place to go! Not NY! That stuff I saw was very ‘east coast gourmet’ Mexican, but it is not at all authentic.

  6. Traditionally, enchiladas are made w corn tortillas not flour. The flour tortillas are used with flautas which is fried. The “fried beans” are actually called refried beans 😅 also, LOVE chilaquiles, it usually has a fried egg on top and sooo good. Love your videos. Thank you for the constant and amazing entertainment!!!

  7. I am a new Jollybee from California… love you both. For a while now, Josh's voice has really struck me as familiar at times (not all the time). But I could not quite place it. And then I heard David Tennant's version of Dr Who. That was it! I finally realized who it was (maybe he was doing it on purpose? Lol). Super original and imaginative. Keep it up!

  8. You should come to Mexico, right to CDMX and try real Mexican street food, it’ll blow your mind fr!!!!!!!

  9. "México food" in the USA is just American food with Mexican ingredients
My children are laughing at how offended I am with this video.
I can't believe someone actually called the enchilada a "wrap".
Also, enchiladas originally are meant to be made with corn tortilla.
    No they are not burritos

  10. I love how Ollie, Josh’s other wife, is rooting for Gabie, also Josh’s wife to win Masterchef. What a supportive throuple!

  11. Ceviche is what we call in the Philippines as 'kinilaw'. Fish or seafoods cooked in vinegar, citrus juices, salt, spices, and aromatics.

  12. Me being Winston Churchill’s great niece my mother boiled Brussel sprouts my whole life and I didn’t want no part of them but now I sauté them in garlic and butter and other seasonings like Goya of course and I wish that you guys could try them my way. I moved from New York to Virginia so I can’t invite you over because I think you’ve already passed Virginia. Today is my first day watching you, I love it!

  13. I really wanted you guys to try this so it makes me happy but also I wanted you guys to try this with the school kids

  14. Saggy burrito???? 😂😂😂😂 As a mexican, I am kinda offended! 🤭 I have followed you guys for the last four years and this is finally happening….Jolly trying mexican food 🤩

  15. The best Mexican food I've had in America was in Salt Lake City (a bit of a low key foodie spot. All those missionaries go out in the world and come back with some expanded tastes.) Red Iquana. They have probably 4-6 mole sauces on the menu at any one time. They are fantastic, way beyond the more typical mole sauce shown here.

  16. Have they never had Mexican food? I live in Texas so we have it all the time, but do they not eat tacos in England?

  17. Wow, I don't think I've ever seen green guacamole in NYC, it's always been brown. Probably how they got the star.

  18. There should be no Michelin rated Mexican American restaurant in New York. There isn't any Mexican American restaurant worth rating east of Texas and New Mexico.

  19. Imagine having Mexican in NEW YORK 😂literally on the opposite side of Mexico, if you want real Mexican food in the states go to California from LA down to the Valley or in Texas from San Antonio down to the valley. 👍🏼

  20. Oooooohhhh they should have had green chilaquiles with fried steak with sour cream and Mexican cheese. God it's so good

  21. At a Mexican restaurant..but you choose music from the Caribbean to play in the background 😄😄 whoops…🤫🤭

  22. You lot should do a series in Mexico exploring all of its amazing cuisine and all of the great stuff it has to offer. There are so many beautiful must-see places (like the “pueblos mágicos” for example) all throughout the country to explore. And since the country is so big, each region has its own unique cuisine with tons of local specialties to discover (the tortas ahogadas from Guadalajara are my favorite!).

  23. I’m Mexican and love seeing this ❤ the little tapas like bites are maybe supposed to be a fancy Sopes but idk actual sopes are amazing
Chilaquiles are a great every day breakfast but best with a fried egg and on a hangover 😅 and enchiladas ARE kinda like a wet small corn burrito lol there is usually 1-2 ingredients inside though. The cheese is queso fresco 🫶🏽 glad you guys liked it

  24. Im from mexico!! This made me laugh so much! Im so glad you like it. You should come to mexico, all food is AMAZING:)
