What’s going on everybody? I hope you are having a great day when you are watching this and had a fun filled 4th of July. I had a little too much to eat and drink, but memories over macros sometimes. I am getting right back on track with a low calorie day with extra high protein. I honestly wasn’t even that hungry through out the day and these super high volume meals kept me full on very low calories. Hopefully you can take a meal idea or two away from this and implement some diet hacks into your meals. I’ve got a few weeks left on my cut. No more cheat days and no plans to slow down. Putting my foot on the gas!

I used to be 430lb, and have been stuck around 300 for 4 years. I am super depressed as of writing. Nothing too specific, recently turned 30 and am in an emotional rut lol. This video gave me some much needed motivation. I LIKE TO EAT, and restricting myself and not feeling FULL is an emotionally unsustainable venture.
I can force myself to work out, but I honestly HATE the gym. I feel so alone in that. Everyone I know is just singing and praising about how the gym saved their life. I feel crazy to be the only dude I know who doesn't enjoy paying for the privilege to do manual labor that doesn't actually need to be done lol.
My point is I use every ounce of will power to make myself walk 5 miles, lift, squat, etc. It makes me angry and sad, and then not enjoying what I eat essentially destroys my remaining mental health. This is EXACTLY what I needed. These are all things I enjoy, are easy to make, and affordable enough to purchase regularly.
I'm going to try it. Really amazing to see. First video from Jack, will deff check out more.

Iβm really confused. You used that 1lb pack of turkey, which is minimum 480 calories, but you claimed the meal is 375?
It may sound weird, but when I make ground turkey tacos with 93/7 I use some water in the pan to cook it in and it works like a charm!
I really need to up my protein.

Why someone to take high protein diet? I mean in If I consume 140 g of protein and 150 CHO and 32g (1600 kcal) of fat is good ?

I like the fact that his weight is nearly identical to mine. I don't know if he has a fast metabolism though? I eat like a horse but never see any kinds of gains. I've been 160 my whole life.
So I'm doing those eggs for breakfast tomorrow. Anyone have advice if your starting from a big weight? Started 6 weeks ago at 321lbs. Down to 290lbs and blood pressure has dropped a bit. That being said I have 2300 calorie budget and been averaging 1200 calories a day with light strength training with my bad shoulder. Only problem I've had so far is do notice workouts where I get tunnel vision and some lightheaded symptoms. Just want to be healthy while I drop the weight. Any tips or advice is appreciated.

Consider salting after you cook it. The salt tends to pull moisture from the eggs as they cook resulting in a less fluffy, more rubbery egg.

Dude, thereβs no way that lunch is 375 caloriesβ¦ a whole pound of 99% fat free ground Turkey is 4 servings and 120 calories a serving. The turkey alone is 480 calories. You need to redo the math with the correct amount of calories that you are eating man. Stop misleading ppl

You should cook with lard or beef fat(grass fed beef) and not eat any plastic packaged processed food.

While train you can go up to 1 – 1.2g /kg – everything above your body wouldnt use either so 200g/day is too much and you get protein pimples or diarrhea
