Hi Julia what a clever idea to make it like a long rope and cutit in one piece. But I would like to suggest adding anise extract and vanilla to really impart that Italian flavor

Sure would like to have made these HOWEVER cannot. You use cup measurements for all ingredients but say to use 1 lb of flour???? Why not tell use how many cups are in A lb?
