A fantastic and unique property in the heart of this beautiful village close to many wonderful towns including Sulmona, Raiano, Popoli and Corfinio.
The location is in the heart of Abruzzo with easy access to both sea and ski and with very good transport links to Rome.
Like many others on our website this one is not to be missed. To find out more click the link https://ahomeinitaly.com/property/ref-257-beautiful-townhouse

Why do all these European towns look dead? Are there any young people or families? Or are they only populated with a small number of elderly folks?
I’d love to see an example of a similar one that’s finished
I nearly moved to Abruzzo in the 2004 timeline, couldn't find a suitable place.
main church in the village….she will be banging away….and about 5 meters away from the bedroom 🤯
Thanks for showing us the property but that's a lot of optimism. The room behind the living room has no window. I believe the bedrooms only have one small window in the front facade. I hope that local bar isn't the only local bar and that closed mini mart is not the only mini mart in town otherwise it would be really inconvenient to live there, not to mention what are the other shops in that town….. I'm too used to the modern conveniences of a city or large town!
Amazing place . Thank you for your expertise
Alot of this is fake, loads of bureaucracy, cost hidden huge purchase tax 25%, bull shit I know I've done it.
no work there bankrupt plus you needs 30,000 per person pension net per year , or 250,000 sterling. Then you need citizenship, and loads of bureaucracy plus Italy is dead, bankrupt. Many places better in Europe! fake information misleading it's a fake reality
How do we make an offer?
Where are all the people? Streets look empty.
I Ike the channel concept. These locations don’t need background music. Thanks
Loved this property! I was wondering though the size of the rooms. And if the sqm footage considered the raw cave behind the room that could be connected to rhe "possible kitchen", as well as the cantina. Thanks. I have the italian citizenship already..
No plumbing, little electrical,no kitchen, no bathrooms, install extra windows. Add 75–100k to the 29 thousand euros. Not bad for 129 thousand.
No way.
why so cheap? what are the real problems?
I see a book set here. The writer in me is always creating when I see places like this. Thank you for the tour!
thank you. Took me back to when I lived in Italy. I would give up a trip to ireland to visit Italy again
So this person went through the trouble of posting this house but doesn’t bother to answer anyone’s questions. Apparently he doesn’t care whether it sells or not.
hi Love your channel and your web page .. I was thinking it would be super helpful if you would include the cost of renovation ..maybe three levels of design such as a low medium and high level of design .. low being basic with basic materials and interior design and high being costlier materials such as floors and counter tops etc.. I know you can not guarantee a final cost but a good go by would help me make an informed decision.. just an idea and again love the service you are providing
Lots of very interesting features, but the deeper inside rooms look like you would need dehumidifiers running. It would show so much better once the lights are working. Those rooms could be very beautiful with their arched ceilings & that is a very attractive fireplace. The basement & attic areas are very spooky – even just for storage they need to be cleared of rubbish & finished I think. But all that said it's a very good price & looks like there is even parking space in the front of the house !
OMG, this is better than the last one. I want it so much, but as I said previously can I retire in Italy from Australia???
I recall that the ancient author Ovid was from Sulmona.
Is population decline the cause of the "low" prices? (I don't have any basis to compare).
Very nice! My family, both grand parents, were born in Teramo I want to leave America and move there
Garbage, no thank you…I'll pay only 5,000 euros and that pushing it😅🤣😂😅🤣
❤
Too limited, small, strange.
Love the mountain view. Couldn’t live without grass and garden.
This is a great home for someone interested in living in Italy. Well done. Having renovated a couple houses in Italy. This layout is really great. If I was in the market I would buy it.
I can live in it. But where to make money for living there?
That’ll end up costing 150k or more to repair
Revealing the stones would lower the ceilings visually, I think that they have done a good job with the plaster finish. It has potential to be a lovely little nest.
Too many steps for senior living
Nice place theres alot you can do with the place but would not pay that much for it because there's alot to do to it
Nice shell of a house.
My dream ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨manifest✨✨✨✨✨✨
A patch of yard and I’d be on it. The home region of both my maternal and paternal grandparents❣️ 🙏
In credible potential. Also interesting not many people in the streets.
29.000 euro in Denmark 🤔 you might be able to buy a garage or underground parking lot.
Is there a population. All inside cooking the spaghetti and meatball. Is a giant space entry. Greek King could live in the hallway, cook and sell the BBQ black goat. This seems like caravansari. Is one window for a cannon. Suckling pig resto in the press grotto.
I’m definitely interested—-who can I speak with about buying property such as this one or another house?
The problem with this house is there is no garden area or patio. Possibly he didn’t show it.
