So Kirby ne parle pas le Français, la langue de Jean-Baptiste Molière 🤔
Nice on Kirby! just need to work on your French pronunciation 😁
Shoe maker is built 💪🏼💪🏼
Lovely video as always. Just a note: there are two Anglican churches in Paris – the Episcopalian Cathedral and St George’s, which is part of the Church of England’s Diocese in Europe. There is also the beautiful and iconic Russian Cathedral of St Alexander Nevsky on Rue Daru, which has incredible connections to Russian émigré history and was at some point the cradle of Orthodox ressourcement.
Bonsoir.. Kirby in Paris. Have you met Emily there? 😁
People in the streets in tee shirts and shorts enjoying the warmth and these two are walking around in suits .collars and ties ?
Kirby, Mr. Hugo jacomet will call you out for wearing lighter shoes with a dark suit…
Your friend has a nice collar gap and sleeves that were probably a bit too long👍🏼
An invitation for a gentelmen's day out in Lisbon, Portugal is in your hand dear Kirby 🙂
The majority of the names of all the brands and people you meet all come from one place, the majority of the high quality products you touch are built all in one place. It’s the moment for you Kirby to do a video in the world Capital of style: Italy. Free to chose between the dozens of cities..
Another fantastic video Kirby, thank you…
So where does Kirby stay when he is in Paris? I just got back from Europe, and my time in Paris was split between the Westin Vendome, the Kimpton St. Honore, and the Hotel Raphael.
We would be interested in your 2023 video ideas🌿Have a nice holiday!🎄 Happy New Year and Merry Christmas!🎄
I’ve been to Paris shopping before. Not as good as the uk but it’s alright. It’s just that the uk seems to make timeless classics and the French are very trendy but won’t stand the test of time. Ok if you have deep pockets though
Dark brown shoes are fine in London as long they are polished and well taken care off..I worked in the City for almost 2 decades ( finance, insurance, law) and have worn a mixture of brown, black and even oxblood shoes without any issues. I have also visited and dinned in many of the private club in Mayfair, again no issues and only positive comments.
You should come to Munich one day 🙂
The fact that Kirby walked past Pierre Marcolini without buying some single origin chocolate from Madagascar is infuriating to me.
Hello, Kirby. I absolutely love your work. I just wish you could use better microphones and lavaliers so we could hear all the dialogue clearly. Forgive my small criticism, and keep up the stellar channel. And Happy New Year!!
Excellent work Kirby. The production and artistry is exceptional. Keep it up!
Julien's $7000 bespoke suit doesn't really fit well… I guess, even the best tailors make mistakes…
Both must be sweating like rapists in suits when you can see people were wearing shorts and t shirts.
Stay away, thank you.
Fartin' around in old Paris
Paris – one of my favorite places as well. Such a delight to see elegant gentlemen doing walkabouts!
Kirby I think would have fitted right in in the early 1900s because of the beautiful cloths men and women wore not like the rags they wear today.👍🇮🇪🇮🇪
I’m loving the curb your enthusiasm style background music 😁 great video Kirby!
25:06 Love this gem!
Great video Kirbs, I did think you were off to Japan however? According to the poll? I can not wait for a deep dive into the Japanese artisans 😄
As the old adage goes, No brown in town
Kirby, are you going to make a video with Sartorial Talks while there?
So upset that you were not able to go by La Tour D'Argent original name Quai de la Tournelle. Not only an iconic restaurant but one of the oldest in Paris founded in 1582 by M. Rourteau, with his signature dish of pressed duck. He also introduced the use of a formal fork from Italy. The story is a fascinating one. They even hid the famous wine celkers which go 5 levels down underground, containing some of the oldest wines, cognacs and Armagnacs in the world from Hitler, by cementing up the walls, thus hiding the cellars for 5 years!
It was also the very first Restaurant to have a Royal crest from Henry IV.
Half a century in London working in the City and Mayfair and I simply dont recognise that strict dress code these days. If there is one, its self imposed in the smallest of circles in an area the size of a football pitch. The only thing I would agree with is outside black, brown or burgundy formal shoes shouldnt really be a loud bold colour
You cannot convince me Kirby is anything other than AI…
I'M BORN AND LIVED MY WHOLE LIFE IN PARIS THIS IS A RIDICULUS STEREOTYPE VIBE HERE🤣🤣🤣🤣🇫🇷❤️🇫🇷
Is it me or de Luca has a collar gap ?
Dark suit and Brown shoes – is a total NO. How could you, I mean it's NOT a look.
In the beginning it seems like he is bashing a bit on England or rather "sucking up" to his host. However, England staying England allows France to stay France. Their style wouldn't stand out as much if everyone was doing it. England-France-Italy all have their place in men's wear and should all be cherished for what they bring to the wardrobe. Thank you for this rather rare video on French style. Imagine walking in Paris and having Lorenzo wave to you!
Apart of you guys, the rest of people I see walking on the streets of Paris are dressed like homeless from Los Angeles.
Kirby, What is your favorite Parisian tie maker?
Do one in milano and go to tincati antino pio meli Stefano Ricci e manereall
Zilli kiton are also great and for shoes altan and Aubrey
Damn right boyaaaah paris is perfff
I'm an enormous fan of your videos! I watched your Gentlemen's Day Out in London and From Suit to Shoot right before my 6-week trip throughout the UK, which was absolutely brilliant, and now I'm so happy to see a Gentlemen's Day Out In Paris come out only a few weeks before my trip to France! Please keep up the amazing content, there needs to be more people like you in this world.
Great video!
I'd love to see a similair one in Milan, Florence or Naples.
Nice to see young men that like to dress well.
Congrats for the video.
Great video, What is your favorite neighborhood to just stay in (maybe with your family) not necessarily for shopping? Thanks
