  1. Hey! I use the lose it app too and also have mine set to flexible weekender. You can select the days you want to have for higher calories. Just go under your profile and edit under the section where you have selected flexible weekender.

  14. I’m so nervous. I’ve been on WW for 2 years, but I’m going to start calorie counting today with the lose it app. I think there’s a lot of things that make more sense with calories than points. It’s just hard to break away from what you know! You’re doing great!

  15. If you said your experiencing a lot of bloat and you think it may be food related, try milk free. Like especially your protein drinks. See if you can get them dairy-free and do maybe plant-based and see if that helps with your gut health. Cuz I know you do a lot of the Alolani shakes. I was experiencing a lot of bloat so I tried plant-based when I do use any kind of protein and anything that is a sweetener like crystal light! That caused tons and tons of bloat. So I start using artificial sweeteners.
