Eating pizza with a knife and fork ruins the experience.
Absolutely brilliant production!
Amazing
really only two things of interest you're going to find first a whole lot of skeletons dumped under the cities due to various plagues and second that all of that art was plundered by the Nazis when it wasn't mocked outright as the Italians really put up a farce in the war second only to the French
Superb documentary! It was such a joy & inspiration, to watch these discoveries. Gracie! Thank you! 😊
Love their enthusiasm, thrilling!
@BBC Select could you please upload a video about Germania and in particular the Anglo-Saxon invasion of Britannia.
Amazing! My husband was stationed in Naples in the early 70’s and I went with him. We had an apartment behind the commissary, Fleet headquarters and the US Navy hospital. We loved downtown street shops, I’ve been to that square many times shopping for shoes, clothes and alabaster figurines. The 3-D maps are just amazing, I can’t imagine the underground world, and all the skeletons and death 💀 found there. Thank you for sharing.
Blows my mind how there are only nine comments on this video. I live in Austin Texas and I think I consume more BBC Content than any of my cousins in Coventry.
Beautiful stunning information ……Great exploration of the underworld and Good Job by BBC Select.
Imagine those ww2 abandoned motorcycles and cars have some value
Wonder if engineers could figure out a way to drill relief holes into these volcanoes so they would drain the magma slowly to avoid eruptions.
The ancients were all about fertility and fecudulty Where the priests of the fertility cults kept the secret knowledge of plants for food and healing as well as hallucinogenic mushrooms which fired their imaginations that they were seeing the god's true kingdoms. This persists today in the code of the bible. The Sacred Mushroom and The Cross.
I tend to believe the "stairway to heaven" was actually used for scaffolding.
Outstanding!
