have you tried Kerrygold irish butter? (sold at trader joes) I wonder how it compares…I sometimes eat plain pats of KG butter on bread or crackers. YUM. lovely video as always 🍴

I've just got back from Italy – I found the exact same butter in your video in a little shop in Tuscany! I can confirm it is as delicious as you say 😋 but definitely needs salt (I found that most Italian butters weren't salted).
