Hi, hello! Join me today while I bake a few sourdough loaves of bread and a fresh, authentic Bolognese meat sauce! Below you can find the recipe along with some of my kitchen favorites!
BOLOGNESE SAUCE
4-6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste
1½ pounds ground beef
1 cup dry red wine
6 ounces tomato paste
1 jar marinara sauce
fresh basil
fresh parsley
I used 1 lb of brown rice pasta but you can use any kind you like.
¼ cup grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
