this is my official announcement that after 9 months of experimenting with different potential paths post quitting my finance career, i’ve unsurprisingly landed on food. if you’re watching this and you’re stuck in a toxic and unfulfilling career, this is your sign to save up some cash (aka the f you fund) and pursue what makes you enjoy living your life.
as a korean sliving in italy, it’s been so fun diving into food culture here and getting creative with how i can combine the two cuisines.
really excited to be sharing with you guys more recipes, but here are 2 I’ve developed on my own – the hot girl wisdom take on the viral **gochujang pasta**. firstly, a creamy version without the cream (suitable for vegans minus the parmesan at the end), and a korean twist on the simple yet elegant amatriciana.
