I was onboard the Sapphire Princess for 7 days from Southampton Mayflower cruise terminal to Spain, France and the Channel Islands. This beauty can house 2,670 guests and 1,100 crew members onboard but you wouldn’t think so as it never feels overcrowded!
Not only are there multiple swimming pools on the ship, there’s also a ton of dining options (I LOVED Sabatini’s – the speciality Italian restaurant which is coming in the next video), food available 24/7, a spa (complete with sauna and steam rooms), gym, open air cinema, theatre, library and an ice cream station!
The staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re having the best experience and are all super friendly. There’s activities and entertainment arranged from early morning to the evening so sea days and post-shore excursion trips are never a bore! Writing all of this has made me miss the Sapphire Princess all over again!
