Welcome to Dining With Tara! A cooking YouTube show that features easy, delicious and HEALTHY recipes and techniques. Full recipes and step-by-step instructions always listed in the description box. I am a home cook that absolutely loves to cook – actually I absolutely love FOOD! I want to show you how fun it is to create your own delicious, but simple, recipes right in your very own kitchen. Recipes are organized in playlists for easy navigation.

I am Italian, originally from New York (Brooklyn), and cooking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with my Italian grandparents I learned many techniques for creating delicious homemade recipes. I invite you into my kitchen – where we will make all kinds of yummy recipes together. As an oncology nurse who is currently in grad school for my nurse practitioner, I understand how hard it can be to cook – especially during the busy work week. I feature many quick and simple dinners and lunches on this channel. I have a playlist dedicated to the INSTANT POT – which is one of my favorite kitchen appliances.
