Amalfi Coast Travel Tips:
– I recommend flying into Naples or Rome then taking a rental car or public transportation to the coast.
– Driving on the coast can be intimidating, but definitely doable. I highly recommend getting a small car if you do decide to drive, the roads are very narrow. Renting a scooter is also a great alternative.
– Public transportation is another option to get around. Busses are available and I also recommend using ferries to get around to towns such as Positano and Amalfi. There is no traffic and the views are incredible from the ferry.
– Since the Amalfi Coast is so beautiful, it will be packed with tourists during the summer months. So I recommend visiting during the off season in months such as May or September.

My daughter was married on the Amalfi coast. We walked about 20 miles a day! It was an amazing experience.

We've been up and down this coast and everywhere in it, several times now. It's the place that we keep going back to. It's just so wonderful and beautiful! But we do go on a 2 – 4 week vacation 4 or 5 times a year and have been to just about every beautiful location in the world by now. Travelling is out thing lol
