Hey everyone todays video is about the a bunch of abandoned mansions that are for sale and on the market today! These houses aren’t McMansions or wanna be mansions all these homes listed in this video are old school mansions with a cool past. These houses have amazing history and tons of character and its really a shame that they are now falling apart and for sale. These homes range from $200,000 to $800,000 which isn’t the cheapest but you have to remember these houses are 10,000+ square foot on a bunch of land. if you have any questions about any of these properties feel free to message me on instagram @kylemcgran

  1. Beautiful homes & history but they could give these away free & most people couldn't afford to fix the toxic mold problems. Worthless death traps sadly. Money pits.

  2. The cost of heating and cooling! 😳
I love the architecture. Would rather pay for a tiny house with a lot of detail.
Love your videos on the big houses.

  3. Some of the valuations you see are too good to be true. Ask yourself why this is. Let me help you:
    1. There is a colossal amount of work to be done requiring possibly upwards of US $ 1,000,000 in restorative work.
    2. These Grande Houses , even when up and running, require an army of servants to make everything work with huge on-going expenses.
3.There is "much history." Translated, it means people lost their lives in some of the buildings, from, Masters to Mistresses to servants, to slaves, and even visitors. What spooks the attics, basements and corridors after midnight is a frightening morass of occult and the paranormal. You really don't want to go there. Do you know how to deal with resident Demons?
    4. Previous owners have attempted the restoration work and have failed. What qualities have have got which they hadn't?
    5. Can you conquer all these hurdles? If you can honestly answer "Yes," then this may be for you. Good Luck!

  4. hi Kyle nice video good to hear about the history of the place hope you guys be safe out there 🙏🙏 hope to see more videos ❤️ you guys it is sad that they are lift behind

  5. Ludzie kochani ale te chalpy piekne , naprawde jak niktorzy ludzie sobie zyja , ze czlowiek nawet nie ma zielonego pojecia o tym .

  6. The beautiful house in Hudson, New York is a grand home to be sure. It is also, regrettably, a semi-detached home in that it shares a common wall with its mirror image next door. The house next door is occupied.

  7. I would t live in any of these even if they were for free. Thank you but NO THANK YOU. Why do you think these buildings are abandoned or being sold lately? Must have been really lovely people living in these horror buildings…. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

  8. The pictures you have of the inside of the Ohio Victorian are from a completely different house, your pictures are from the circus house which is also located in Columbus oh, it sold for $1.5 million earlier this year

  9. All of the houses shown in this video, they are all very, very haunted. Haunted. Very haunted.🥺😦😦😦

  10. Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance wealth, a great career, purpose is the result of hard work and hustle over time

  11. The wierd people puppets in the third floor window of the Drs house give me a big heck no

  12. Such beautiful houses up for sale but with most in such dire repair high intrest costs and most likely responsible for back taxes it will still put you well over a million many if I win the lottery one of those could be my dream hone lol

  13. Well I didn't want to be a part of the 50% that didn't so I did good luck to you kid and thank you for your Channel cuz I'm looking for a mansion and your channel saves me a lot of trouble

  14. I would rather have one of these old places , than to have some McMansion , that’s in a suburb where every house is the SAME.

  15. Do you honestly believe this home is worth this? The renovation would cost more then what you are selling it for.

  16. The reason you'll find great "inexpensive" homes in New York and New Jersey is that the Property Taxes in these states (and number of others) are ABUSIVE!! Some of the houses they could give you and you couldn't afford to own them. I've spent 2 years looking for a cool house and they fall into 3 categories; #1 They are in states that have horrible taxes. #2 They are on major highways or right downtown (i.e. Bad locations) #3 They are in states you wouldn't want to live in.
