Loved the variation, but especially that clam with procuitto chowder ala Antonio, frutti di mare and of course mom's favorite the baked bacala. Nothing better to enjoy it all with the Famila! Looking good Antonio loving the clam chowder and the fruitta dimare I was at moms luckily she still going strong and cooking her heart out in her 80s probably a lot like you we do the fish stuff on the eve of Christmas we went for some classic Sicilian Spadini‘s nice lasagna I also had the brussels sprouts host of all the goodies, Got a love coming from the old school families

Love Manhatten Clam Chowder, but it is so hard to find where we live (Iowa) or very expensive. Then again, it was hard to find on the west coast where we used to live. Most of those dishes looked so good I was thinking I would love them all, but if I made any of them my teenage daughters turned their noses up at them so it would be a waste to make them. Maybe next year for our work pot luck…

Happy holidays Antonio! Italian American from Long Island here and this pretty much looked like our table on Christmas Eve/ Day. We exclusively only had seafood on Christmas Eve (gotta have the seafood salad and lobster of course) and Christmas Day is when we had all of the meat and the stuffed mushrooms and Parmesan goodies.
