I wasn't expecting much when I tried this wanton mee, bcos Seth Lui himself didn't rate it top marks earlier on. But my word, seriously this wanton mee is VERY GOOD. Under-rated. Lots of quality ingredients, good value for the price.
Reimondo porridge no longer has the novelty queues, but the food is still bloody solid too. I hope they continue to do well and this guy does even better in future.
This is one aspect of F&B business that is rarely talked about – managing cost. Revenue can only go as far as what the stall could provide in terms of capacity and demand.

As an investor he is a bad entireprenuer. He does not really know what drives his business. Its not about the food – its about the customer, what the customer want and the market for it. Its not enough to focus on the food, it must focus on the customer and delivery to the customer. He focus on reaffriming his bias rather than on data to what he needs to do.
