Pesto Sauce is an Italian sauce used in dishes such as pizzas and pastas.
It is traditionally made using basil, cheese, garlic and olive oil. They use Parmesan cheese and here we have blended it with cheddar cheese.
Adding cheddar or processed cheese we get in the market is optional. Olive oil is required to be added generously. Adding lime juice will not let basil change
its color.
Here we have customized it so you get the same taste and texture.
The basil we have used here are purely organic, homegrown. Use of organic products is what we want to promote here and growing basil at home
is not at all difficult.
