Making Red Sauce Pasta and White Sauce Pasta at home can be fun. In this video I am going to share loads of tips and tricks to make Italian Style Pasta at home within minutes. Pasta in Red and White sauce never tasted better and will get you lots of compliments.
To cook Red Sauce and White Sauce pasta at home you’re going to need these ingredients. Also, follow the simple steps shared in the video.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Makes: Approx.300 ml red sauce and white sauce.
1 cup = 250 ml cup.
Red Pasta Sauce
4-5 tomatoes
2-3 large garlic cloves
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Italian dry herbs/Pasta seasoning
Crushed black peppercorns (adjust to taste)
Chilli flakes ( optional, adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Fresh basil leaves, parsley ( for garnish)
Salt to taste
White Pasta Sauce
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour/maida ( you can use atta/whole wheat flour also)
1 & 1/2 cup milk ( adjust)
1/4 cup cream
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon Italian dry herbs//Pasta seasoning
Crushed black peppercorns (adjust to taste)
Chilli flakes ( optional, adjust to taste)
Fresh herbs ( optional)
Salt to taste
