Great place, but about $1,200,000 out of my price range! 😀 I love these old Chicago buildings, though. People can have their massive, modern, sleek, cold, unlived-in showplaces. I prefer somewhat smaller, older, places with real character!
Most real estate investors in a purchase like this aren't idiots and a little savvy. Whimsical and one of a kind aren't descriptive words to use in a "golden real estate opportunity." With the lower level duplex unfinished you are about 150k Overpriced and the seller will probably lose money if you close this property. Good luck though
