Ingredients:

600 gr. / 21,16 oz Flour you use for make cakes ( not selfraising)
200 ml. white wine
90 ml. extra vergin olive oil
90 ml. corn oil ( or peanut oil, or sunflower oil)
70 gr. / 2,47 oz Integral cane sugar / brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Anise seeds
1 small pinch of Salt

Decoration:
White sugar
Almonds/cranberries/nuts/oat/whatever you like on biscuits

Mix flour, cane sugar, salt, anise all together. Separately mix all the liquids.
Add the liquids part to the flour mixture slightly.
Work the dough for 4/5 minutes
Rest the dough 5/10 minutes
Make biscuits, decorate them, oven at 180°C/ 356°F for 20/25 minutes
