acciughe or alici fritte (fried anchovies) are a very common finger food/snack or antipasto across Italy, especially in the coast areas. They are usually not battered, but only added flour – which makes the result more light and more focused on the actual taste of the sea, and so they are called “infarinate”.
In my 4 minutes tutorial you will understand all importnt steps, from cleaning the fresh anchovies (or similar small fishes) properly to frying them the right way to obtain a crunchy and most delicious result.
