In the fall of 2021, I flew up to New England to go on an amazing Indian food road trip through New Hampshire and Massachusetts with my good friend Chef Keith Sarasin.

Keith is an incredible chef who specializes in Indian cuisine, and I love eating Indian food, so it was a match made in heaven! We ate our way through several cities, trying a bunch of different Indian dishes along the way.

From the Punjabi and Kashmiri food we tried in Salem, New Hampshire, to the stuffed chicken naan, samosas, aloo tikki, and malai kofta we had in Manchester, to the incredible dosas in Boston, we ate good!

Of course, I can’t forget the unbelievable lamb biryani, paneer chili, and mango lassi cheesecake he made for me at his home! It was an unbelievable five days of eating, and for the first time ever, I present to you our entire adventure, uninterrupted!

I hope you enjoy this full documentary of me eating Indian food for 100 hours with American Indian Chef Keith Sarasin. If you liked it, please give the video a thumbs up and leave me a comment!

  4. Good morning, David. Watching this now. I am enjoying these videos with all this delicious Indian food. Indian food is so flavorful and diverse, using so many ingredients and spices… not forgetting their cooking methods. And the dishes are so colorful because of the spices and ingredients used. The naans and rice always a staple with all the amazing veggie, fish, and meat curries. Those Nepalese dishes look so delicious… the noodles and momos. I never had momos cooked that way… Chef Keith made an amazing lamb biryani. What a huge thali… wow. Hakka noodles is just so delicious. Again, everything looked so good in this video. If I could have Indian food every day, I would. ❤️

And yes, mangoes ARE the best fruit in the world, my favorite of them being the Alphonso mango!
I'm not afraid of spices, or heat – so I definitely plan on diving into the world of Indian food! I can't wait! Nepalese food looks good too! 🥰

  10. David: Cheers to you and Keith for this series. First of all, I am stuffed. Lol. It was so easy and enjoyable to watch because of the simplicity and of the continuity in your editing. This was a very clean documentary in the sense that every restaurant that you both went to were so clean and well put together. As for the food, what can I say: how do they come up with all those dishes? 50 dishes!!! All of the food was a feast for the eyes too. I loved how Keith took the time to explain everything from the different spices to the types of food itself, even the way he cooked the biryani and the spicy paneer. As an aside: it's true that you must always wash your rice, and boil the rice twice: fact: rice naturally contains arsenic so the best way to help get rid of it is to pour hot water over the rice, strain it and then cook it accordingly. It's hard to describe all of the dishes because there were so many of them but I would eat any one of them in a heartbeat especially the meatless ones. So David, I did actually watch this one in one sitting because, like I said, it was so easy to follow. So great job on your editing and continuity. I don't know what's next but I look forward to what you have in store. 🙏🕊️😇🇹🇹🇨🇦

  11. David and Keith are like two peas in a pod or twin brothers when it comes to Indian cuisine. This food tour kicked ass and took names! (had us salivating)

  12. I love Mark Wiens’ comparison spicious vs. spicy. Or the Spanish comparison picante vs. caliente.
