A wheel of parmesan cheese can cost over $1,000. A single wheel takes at least one year to age, 131 gallons of milk to make, and it can only be made in a restricted area in northern Italy, in the region of Emilia Romagna. We visited a dairy in Parma, Italy to find out how the cheese is made and why it is so expensive.

以前、近所に新しく出来たビルの一階で営業を始めたスーパーマーケットで海外産のチーズを購入したんだ。この動画に映っているような三角形のビニールに入ったチーズだ。９８０円だと思って購入したら、１９８０円だったんだ。まあ、値札に細工を施されていた値段だった。そして、他の商品と一緒に持ち帰って冷蔵庫の前で封を切ってちょっと食べてみると全然味がしない。可笑しなチーズだなあっと思ってちょっとしか食べなかった。その後どれぐらいの時間が経過しただろう。猛烈にお腹が痛くなってきた。食中毒だ。酷かったなあ。七転八倒していた。それを１週間ぐらいしていた。苦しかった。死ぬかと思った。冗談抜きで死んでも可笑しくない程の症状だった。それで保健所に連絡したよ。そうしたら、多くの食中毒の犠牲者が出ないと対処しないというんだなあ。どうなっているんだろう。全然仕事をしようとしていない。多くの食中毒患者が出てからでは遅いと思うけどねえ。本当に日本政府の下で働いている人達はいい加減だね。それで思い出すのは、結婚して新婚旅行に海外に出かけて飛行機の中で出た機内食のチーズを食べて食中毒になった奥さんの話だ。大変な目にあった話だ。チーズも危ないなあ。ちゃんとしたところから購入して食べないとさ。r4/12/15木2007世.

Best cheese in the world, when I was kids I spent the Summer in the area of production of Parmesan, we kids went to play in the farm and every day we have a pieces of cheese, there I learn how they do to make a form, I was 10 years old while now I am 76, and also today I have to buy a piece of Parmesan, because "The mouth is not tired if not fell of cow"
