The Pasta Queen is an entertaining yet insightful view into Italian food, culture, and lifestyle.

Its main mission and goal is to promote the true essence and beauty of Italy all over the world

With over 5 million followers across all social media platforms, Nadia Caterina Munno IS The Pasta Queen.

Born and raised in Rome, of Neapolitan origins, spent most of her childhood learning the craft of mastering the kitchen and traditional Italian values thanks to generations of women that worked in the world of pasta for centuries.

Just like Nonna Caterina, after which Nadia is named who started the first pasta factory in the late 1800s.

  1. I always like to do an assassin’s version if I do pasta dinner leftovers with red sauce, tomato sauce, bolognese sauce, some people say marinara. 😬 That cast iron skillet gives it the perfect little bite without it being burnt or having no taste! My great grandparents, up until me have always used it!

  2. Yeah, I tried this based off of the instructions in this video, and it’s just as horrible as her shitty acting and over-pronunciation.

  3. How can u be a pasta queen when your pasta gets burnt what is wrong with u and u even cook it directly you are not a pasta queen and you can never be

  4. If an American came up with this, the Italians would get the torches and pitchforks out for messing with their sacred cuisine
