  1. Omg just in time! Do you think Vacu Vin wine pump with a rubber cork maybe good option for stooring open bottles of wine in the fridge for a couple of days or a week?

  2. I use the same Burgundy glasses for red and white wine… cuz i'm a Barbarian (insert Conan the Destroyer pose here )

  3. Niceee. I have had success with Coravin system saving wine for years (I do have perfect cellaring conditions though). It’s not perfect but the best option out there IMO. Native Wine Grapes is such a GEEKY read!

I prefer Gabriel Gold over Zaalto and it’s lighter 😬

  4. great tips for gifts! About Decanter magazine, why not gift a subscription to Readly, where you can find lots of other magazines as well for only €10 a month! I love it!

  5. If you're in the mood for an even more amazing (in my opinion) red wine glass then I can highly recommend the Giacomo Conterno Sensory glass by Zwiesel.
Just as thin as a Zalto but the balance is way better since the stem is slightly shorter and it feels super comfy in the hand.

Might sound super silly but since I own both the Conterno Sensory and Zalto Burgundy glasses (and use them on a regular basis) I'd go with this little comparison
Zalto is more for the fancy dinner at the table where the clean lines of the design can show off the most, but for an evening with sweatpants and some pizza I'd pick the Conterno Sensory any day. You can just hold it in your hand forever and it doesn't feel uncomfortable in any way whilst Zalto can feel a bit clumsy.

This is all my subjective opinion of course but have been using both of them for year+ so take from it what you will 🙂

  6. Nice video. Actually good glasses have been for the last time my gifts for birthdays of my friends. Also because there are few kind of glasses ill keep giving different glasses. There are more expensive glasses but Ridel for me is the best value for money.

  7. Coravin was a game changer. Before I'd dread to open some of my most treasured possessions because I needed a gathering of friend or family to enjoy them. Now I can selfishly enjoy them little by little through weeks.
