Italian Pumpkin gnocchi is one of my wife favorite recipes! They are quite easy to make homemade and suler tasty tossed with butter, sage and Parmigiano Reggiano, or meat sauce.
Tonight I’m seasoning them with a classic Tuscan fegatini meat sauce: delicious!
