  3. Great video. I think walking is the perfect exercise. My husband and I are not vegetarians, but we do usually have two meatless dinners. Last night we had cranberry beans and a few tortilla Chios with a cheese sausage. I will try the baby banana food with steel cut oats. I love cowboy caviar..so good. Thanks for sharing. ♡♡♡

    On Sundays I bake couple sweet potatoes in the oven and have that with veggie…

  7. MICROWAVING YOUR FOOD IS NOT HEALTHY. ONCE YOU MICRWAVE THE FOOD. ITS BASICALLY NOT REAL FOOD BECAUSE OF THE RADIATION. I DONT OWN A MICROWAVE!

  8. Was that microwave popcorn. If it is microwave popcorn is not healthy. Buy pop corn kernals and air pop it .way more healthy

  9. I LOVE popcorn! I grew up with at as my dad used to make it. I eventually bought him an air popper (and later one for myself) and I still think it makes great popcorn with no oil. But recently I've learned that it's easy to pop popcorn in the microwave, in a paper bag or bowl. And there are tasty things to add for taste, like a tiny bit of salt, salt-free seasoning, or even something sweet like artificial sweetener and cinnamon. Since I love pickles, too, they can be a salty (good Kosher dills) r sweet treat as well (sweet or bread & butter). And some veges do the trick as well – celery's a bit salty on its own.

  15. Loved this so much. I look forward to more like this. So my morning I have my cup of hot tea green and regular tea with splenda. I also am not much for meat. That being said I do eat some chicken. Love salads and my vegetables. I do like chocolate so I put a few piece's in a bag and that is one of my snack's in the week not everyday. I do wheat thin cracker's to snack also. As a weird snack I love pea's so I will eat them as a snack at night. I also eat a bowl of fresh fruit every morning my husband and I share that first thing in the morning with my tea his coffee. Loved this video. Can't wait for the next one. I enjoy all your reviews.

  21. Hi, cute video! I'm glad I'm not the only one (on my days off) who takes my time in the morning. I also make a lovely coffee and snuggle with the cat downstairs on the couch. This relaxation ritual helps me prepare for the day.

  22. I use steel cut original (not instant, which I’m told is better (not so processed) for us in the instant pot on the porridge setting. Takes maybe 15 minutes which is when I shower

  24. You're oatmeal looks yummy. I usually only eat dinner I'm not hungry before then something is wrong with me. I need to make myself eat another meal
