We’re going on a Quick and Easy Food Crawl in Midtown Manhattan, NYC! Our first stop is at 10000 Coffee, an Australian brand that believes you need at least 10000 hours to become an expert in a subject. Their team has just that – they deliberately put in 10000 hours of practice to come up with the best cup of specialty coffee possible and has been one of the best-tasting coffees I’ve drunk. For a full list of their menu and to see what we ate, visit: https://10000coffee.com/. If you’re in NYC, stop by at 1410 Broadway in Manhattan.
Other Places Visited in Midtown Manhattan, NYC:
2) Little Italy Pizza: 2 E 33rd St, New York, NY 10016 (Same Owners as Bleecker Street Pizza!)
3) Melt Shop: 135 W 50th St, New York, NY 10019
4) Adel’s Famous Halal Food: 1221 Avenue of the Americas (bet 49th and 50th) (Better than Halal Guys for Street Food?)

Coffee aficionados do NOT drink 1/2 milk 1/4 sugar. I admit – these are delicious…..but this is NOT a coffee house
Don’t know if I would consider the side sweet “free” with the coffee being $6.50. Lol
Coming back from college soon to nyc. Def gonna try 10000 coffee shop. Looks so good!
What I dont like is cash only dude, I never carry cash especially when I want halal
Great Yummy food guide, was that a kind of food that I like eating, too.
this guy spent 6 US dollars on a grill cheese
I WILL TRY ADEL'S, I'LL SUPPORT MY NAME-ALIKE.
Thank you so so much for the video. You are very good and generous and handsome. Gintare M.
How is 7 dollar coffee and 4 dollar croissants "budget bites"? 5 dollars a slice? Man you can tell you live in Park Slope. lol
Gotta love the Halal! I'm going back a decade, but there used to be a great cart up by Columbia-Presbyterian in Harlem. We'd park the ambulance and get lunch there often. Wonder if they're still there🤔🤔
Where is wife originally from??
Goes to an Aussie based coffee shop and gets a Starbucks inspired drink. I'm offended 😂
Why did the cameraman only get 2 paper cup?
Idea for a video/series:
Imagine you are a visitor with two big time locations on your schedule, but you need to eat in between visiting them.
Offer both a sit down and street food option that is easy to find and on the path between the two locations.
For example, let's say I'm at MOMA until 5pm and I have tickets for a 7pm show on 47th street.
Or maybe I'm spending my day in Central Park, but I'm going to a concert at Carnegie Hall right after.
I think your audience would eat this up (wah wah)
That halal place is ok not the best
I love Rudy's on 9th avenue for a beer and a free hotdog for $5
the video is pretty good actually, but it would be better with your own cup
In The Netherlands we got a ''Kapsalon'', that is fries with meat(chicken or cow), lettuces, onion, tomato and saus.
You should also try Adel's #1 on 180 Maiden Lane. Different owner but their fish over rice is amazing. Their hours are M-F 9am to 3pm.
Man the prices in NYC.. geez!
The coffee thing seemed like hell. Five drops coffee, 1000 drops of many useless sweet stuff…
Hey Barr, we went to Halal guys as you suggested. Indeed the food is great, but I want to warn all the viewers about what seemed to be an attempted scam from their side. I was paying 2 regular platters (20$ total), I gave a 100$ bill and the guy was holding a huge stack of cash in his hand. He gave me 3×20$ bills and then took enough time to see if I would do something for the 20$ missing. Meanwhile he was taking his time rummaging with his hand in his pocket. I counted in front of him the change and once he understood that the trick won't work he quickly grabbed a new 20$ from his pocket.
This raises two questions:
1) if you have a huge stack of cash in your hands why do you have 20$ in your pocket?
2) How could you pick exactly 20$ from your pocket so easily?
To me it seems like a scam prepared for tourists who hand them 100$ bills. I might be wrong! But you might want to even test it with a new video.
That coffee shop sells lattes for $6.50!!!! That's NOT budget food!!
bruv, how you putting 6-10$ coffee in a budget video? yes, it's under $10….but no one on a budget is getting $10 coffee lol. doesn't make sense.
the halal food was the only one worth it. that grilled cheese for $6 looked pathetic.
No public restrooms in NYC. How cool is this??
I don't recall the name of it from when I was there, but Adel's has to be the same halal truck that a friend and I got platters from one Christmas Eve a few years back. We went into the city to see the Rockefeller Christmas tree, and he was dying to get some platters while we were there. And the nearest truck was right across the street from Radio City Music Hall.
Wao
Waoooo
Halal food Looks Like the final result after drinking too much haram alcohol
