Hi guys! In today’s video, I’m showing you exactly what I was eating in a day leading up my Sports Illustrated Swimsuit shoot. I was so exited that SI asked me to come back and be in their issue again. I also got to go back to one of my favorite places ever, Wyoming!!!!
For this years shoot, I really wanted to feel my best/strongest. I ate a little bit differently this year than I have in the past and I was lifting heavy weights. I felt so great going into this shoot and I’m excited to share with you what foods made me feel my best. Is there a certain way of eating that makes you feel your best/strongest/healthiest?
