Kalaadi Kulcha – The King of Jammu Street Food. Kalaadi is a traditional ripened cheese product indigenous to Udhampur, Jammu province of Jammu and Kashmir state of India. It is a very dense cheese that is usually sautéd in its own fat and salted while serving. Here in FLAVORS 2.0 our Chef Ajay from Master Chef Season 5 is going to give italian touch to this traditional dish.
