Cruise ships like Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas offer a wide variety of dining options. Some are included in the price of the cruise and open to anyone, some are available at an extra cost, and some are exclusive only to passengers staying in a suite. Drama queen. Lack of planning and foresight and preparation on your part does not justify a video bitching about the restaurant when you didn't make a reservation. Unless you are dining at Burger King, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK AVAILABILITY, WAIT TIMES, AND/OR NEED FOR A RESERVATION!

I love it when at a silent disco the crowd is dancing, and we're all on different stations but somehow everyone's moves still work collectively, not sure if that makes sense, but I think y'all know what I mean 😆
Silent disco is our very favorite dance party! It’s also funny to remove one side of the headphones and listen to the enthusiastic, off key singing….. I may or may not be contributing to the “joyful noise”😂😂😂

We had to do silent discos on the Norwegian Bliss in Alaska because I guess there are noise regulations in place at certain times for the wildlife. Cool concept!
It says in a junior sweet coastal kitchen only if it’s available for dinner in other words get a better cabin and it’s always available
I’m not a big fan of the shows. I’m more into the deck parties and others were you just get crunked! We will Rock you on Anthem was way to woke and I fell asleep.

We just did Transatlantic on Wonder OTS, ended Nov 13th, never seen so many Pinnacles on any one cruise where the Solarium was reserved for Pinnacles only the entire cruise. The subsequent Caribbean cruise was having a special event for 160 plus Pinnacles I was told, so if you are on that cruise, it’s likely you’ll be shut out of the Coastal kitchen.

Yea they made a big stink about dinner because we were Jr Suite guests. The food wasn't that good anyhow. Went for the ribeye and it didn't look like any ribeye I've bought from the butcher.
Oh my lots of kids…and people. Bus was gross. I noticed all our port busses were 5 euro …but we excursioned all but 2 ports. Those buses were a better quality. Loved the silent disco experience. I believe YouTube has started kicking out people who haven’t been on YouTube or watched a creators videos in a certain timeline.
"Royal Caribbean" fully inspects transfer buses to meet "RC standards of excellence". My experience, RC is the "Dollar Store" of cruising,
condition of transfer buses is proof of that. I would have immediately exited but that's me. I do enjoy in room coffee, that should be an option for all rooms at an added expense of course. Fine dining is overrated, but again I'm not onboard to eat or to spend two hours of my vacation to get ready for dinner, seems silly, especially when honestly the food isn't that amazing. Good friend said it best, "had better, hotter food onboard aircraft carrier. Thanks for videoing the transfer bus, nasty seats, disgusting cigarette butt, broken window….OMG.
They need to ban all onboard smoking, find myself carrying disinfectant wipes cleaning elevator buttons before pushing

Morgan, I always appreciate your straight talk of the good and bad. You clearly don’t bash the entire line. You just make criticism about specific observations which occur when you cruise. Curious who the music was early in the video it was very soothing and fits well for a cruise video. I’d like to download off iTunes

With every cruise video I check out I am more convinced I should not take a cruise, at least not on one of these big ships.
You should never feel leery about reporting bad experiences to the Guest Services desk or concierge desks. If you feel that you were not properly listened to or that you're complaint was not taken seriously then call Royal Caribbean directly. Royal Caribbean is usually pretty good in receiving complaints and acting accordingly. They may even be able to refund your money. Especially with the proof you had videotaping the bus. In the case of them not sitting you at the dining room possibly you are wearing a hat or shorts or maybe the dining room was in cleaning mode or some other reason I doubt they did so as a discrimination basis. However if you feel that you are unjustly treated you should report it immediately to customer service. I would also suggest talking to one of the officers if you see them walking about. They can always review the film footage of the ship to see who exactly refused you and investigate it from there. Or they may be able to give you a valid reason why you were refused. The Last Thing Royal Caribbean wants is a bad reputation. And it's been my experience cruising Royal Caribbean quite oftenly that they will do everything in their power to take care of any problems that may arise on their end. Even companies that they privately contract to take care of their guest.

I've done a couple of silent discos and they are a blast! There are usually 3 different DJ's/channels to choose from, so everyone is dancing to something different.

I love the silent disco concept. There’s a greater chance you’ll hear songs you like, you control the volume and conversation is still possible just by removing your headphones.

I'll be visiting Marseille on multiple cruises next year, and the $20 you were charged seems VERY high for the standard you received. I'm with you that I'd start walking to save the cash – I really hate those prices to get a short shuttle!

I hope you showed that footage of the bus to the cruise line to let them know what awful buses they are putting their customers on and having the nerve to charge €20 for it to that's just ridiculous. I had great fun at the silent disco on Iona in June it also very funny to watch. 😂
