  2. Your videos make me so happy. I’ve been struggling with obsessive calorie counting for the past few months, and due to under-eating and over exercising, I think I have amenorrhea. I just miss not having food guilt just earlier this year and I hope I can get to a state of repair by myself. It would be easier with a doctor but I’m too scared to really ask my mom to take me to my doctor or a gynecologist. Diet culture is disgusting and teenagers like me are so susceptible to it.

  5. Hiiii, please keep this content coming. It helps me alot alot to normalise normal eating. I worry too much what i eat. My first eating disorder appeared at 13 years old and now im 34 and my thinking still is a chaos.

  6. Everyone is different. When I eat whatever I gain so much weight, probably as I have pcos and genetically I gain weight easily. Wow that pie looked amazing!

  7. i hope this doesn’t come across as oversharing but as someone with an eating disorder, these videos are such a comfort to me whenever i feel guilty about what i’ve eaten. i sometimes forget it’s very normal and healthy to eat multiple times throughout the day and isn’t a SIN and so these videos really ground me. i hope this comment doesn’t come across in any type of bad way. i also love your personality and all of your versions of the F word, very wholesome. thanks for making these videos ❤

  11. Yes please keep this coming. I come from a family who are huge. I just recently realized I can eat really good and anything even pizza. Just less of what I used to. Now I feel more satisfied because I am finally enjoying Mexican food again. I chose a higher amount of calories so I don't stress myself out and most of the time I never reached that amount because of being satisfied. I'm still working on it though. It's only been 2wks. So I'm still learning.
