I wish you the best of luck gaining residency for your lovely family in Italy! I admit being confused at first as the story gives a slight impression of a family being 'forced' to leave Italy … and buy land to settle in Scotland 😅 …I didn't get it until the end of the clip when you said you've been making these cool travel videos for two years! I'm Scottish by blood, but these days, I live in southern Germany, near to the Swiss border! Although living in Europe is really cool and I've never lived in Scotland (my paternal ancestors left Glen Tilt in the 14th century), your video leaves me feeling nostalgic! Whenever I visit Scotland, I always feel so welcome. I can't see myself buying one of those small plots, though… or do you think the noble titles give an advantage for travelling? You need to watch Camie. His channel is "The Sheep Game". He lives in Scotland. Another good sheep channel is "Sandi Brock" out of Canada. You will learn a ton about sheep from them.

Established Titles has proven to be a scam company, hidden behind a wall of different shell companies and it is actually based out of Hong Kong. Please do your own research to avoid possible legal implications as companies which this Finnish man has set up before have ended in law suits. Huh??? what is all this? how is it possible you have 2 hours to leave? you making Italy sound like a bad place to move….. not really nice guys….. 5 minutes in the video and yet you have not explained why you have to leave and who's fault is that you need to rush so much…… seems a bit unfair you make Italy look so bad jus cos you provably screwed up your visa time? come on guys….. what about start the video with a proper explanation instead of "This week we were forced to leave Italy" WTH are you talking about? Seeing you have to leave Stella was heartbreaking for me.
Europeans and Americans should be allowed to reside permanently in both lands without any visa. We have been sharing talents, goods and people for 200 years. I don't see the possibility of mass migration from one continent to another. On the contrary, it would prompt the economy, integration and education of western countries. I speak from personal experience. For us EU citizens, it is a mission to get any level Visa in the States. I hope you get all sorted at soonest mate!
Speaking as an Italian, I wondered why you chose to live in Italy, yes, it is gorgeous and the food goes unchallenged, but the political atmosphere is pathetically all over the place and they do not normally let foreigners purchase without giving up your citizenship to your previous country. I do hope they did not make your life difficult, with that said, I live in Scotland, have so for several years now and you’ve no idea the happiness you’re going to find here, it is absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, very respectful people and more to see here without the worries of walking into areas you shouldn’t enter. The highlands are an absolute must. We settled roughly 25 miles south of Edinburgh, on the water, could not have ever made a better decision. Best of all luck to you all
Would it be possible to find a farmer that would give Stella a forever home so she wouldn't be lonely? She needs companionship with other animals. I hope before you leave Italy that you can find her the perfect home.

Established Titles is a scam business that you shouldn't really be advertising, buying a tiny piece of land in Scotland does not give you the authority to be called Lord or Lady. Just to make it completely clear, the Court of the Lord Lyon says: “The ownership of ‘souvenir’ plots of land of a few square feet or thereby, such as are marketed from time to time, is insufficient to bring anyone within the jurisdiction of the Lord Lyon King of Arms.” Seeing as the piece of land you have 'bought' cannot be resold you have basically bought a piece of paper saying ' I've been scammed for $50!' Apart from that the video is great.
