Established tittles is a scam. You cannot sell one square foot of land to anyone in Scotland. Land does not convey title, so they have no authority to sell you title. They provide no evidence of even planting trees. The company is based in Hong Kong, has no ties to Scotland except owning some land which is already protected regardless of who owns it.
PS The comment I posted pointing this out was immediately taken down so they are aware of the scam and are actively promoting it.

For the dining room, I actually love the idea of burgundy – so far I think you've done monochromatic rooms, but maybe here it's only an accent, like for the panelling, with a lighter mural or patterned wallpaper on top? Very clever to paper over the original mural to preserve it, but I think you need to make this room your own! ❤️
How about fitted fabric panels? Printed scenes of the chateau surroundings with Anna's artistic touch would be amazing.
