The Buffalo Dining Club is a small Italian Restaurant located in Darlinghurst Sydney serving up everything Cheese. Their flagship dish is the Cacio E Pepe (Cheese and Pepper) dish. The pasta is first flavoured with pepper, salt, olive oil and parsley before being tossed in a huge hollowed out CHEESE WHEEL!
