Venice was our third and last stop on our Lakes to Lagoon and Wine Italy trip Daniele Ceccato and I hosted in June, 2022.
The highlights of Venice were cruising around by boat, learning how to make Murano glass with Master Glass Blower Gabriele Urban at La Fornasotta in Murano while eating cicchetti’s and drinking Prosecco arranged by Daniele’s mom, Silvana, visiting Burano and its colorful houses, seeing the sites in Venice with Chiara Peluso and dinner in an apartment near San Mark’s Square with an Italian chef.
