There are several shredding pro tips that I follow to stay lean year round. I’m not going to lie, i pretty much each whatever I want and stay ripped and can even get to 7% bodyfat following a flexible dieting lifestyle.

How to get shredded Pro Tip 1 – Start every meal with lots of water and a lot of lean protein and healthy fats. This will automatically cause you to consume less carbs and sugar per meal.

Try to end your big meals with a big shot of apple cider vinegar!

SHREDDING PRO TIP: Drinking isn’t TERRIBLE if you do it properly. Use zero calorie or NO mixers.
