Join Secco’s head winemaker Piergiorgio Castellani in our Tuscan vineyard as he opens a bottle of Palo61Toscana Rosso! This wine is produced from the classic Tuscan grape, Ciliegiolo, which translates to “cherry” in Italian. This grape is grown off the Tuscan coast in the low-yielding vineyard of the Tenuta Santa Lucia, near the city of Pisa.

To achieve the perfect color and flavor, once the primary fermentation is completed, the wine is filtered and stored at constant temperature in oak barrels for a minimum period of 6 months.
