Ingredients:
1 cup Fortune Biryani Classic Rice
Water For Soaking
For Pesto Sauce :-
1 cup Basil leaves
2 tbsp Walnuts
3-4 Cloves of Garlic
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Olive oil
Salt To Taste
½ tsp Pepper
For Rice :-
Water
Salt To Taste
1 tbsp Fortune Sunflower Oil
In Pan :-
2 tsp Fortune Rice Bran Health Oil
1 tsp Garlic , chopped
Pesto Sauce
Garnish with Walnuts , Parmesan Cheese & Basil Leaves
Method:
1. Wash and soak rice for 10mins and then cook it accordingly. Cool down the rice.
2. For pesto combine basil leaves walnuts, olive oil, salt, pepper, 2 cloves garlic, parmesan in grinder jar and grinds it into coarse paste.
3. Heat ½ tbsp oil in pan sauté garlic till it turns golden brown in colour. Now add pesto sauce and sauté for mins.
4. Add cooked rice into the pesto sauce and toss well till rice is well coated with pesto sauce. At last add parmesan cheese & walnuts and mix well.
5. Serve hot & garnish with Basil Leaves
