🍁Fall Days In The Life 🍁 I’m really embracing the Fall season and these beautiful October days! I share a delicious and Easy Roasted Tomato Soup Recipe with Grilled Cheese on Italian bread. A comfort food we crave when the weather cools down! I share my top Italian Pantry Cooking Staples for every Italian-American household. I visit the Farm Market, make Pumpkin Bread and share some of my favorites in beauty, skincare, and more!

Roasted Tomato Soup Recipe:

2 heads of garlic
9 tomatoes off the vine
medley of Cherry Tomatoes or 1 container
1 shallot cut into quarters
2 hot peppers of your choice
handful of fresh basil
Salt & Pepper
3 Tablespoons of Olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup vegetable broth

Roast all ingredients in the oven at 475 degrees for 30 minutes except for heavy cream and vegetable broth. Remove from oven and cut stems off peppers and remove peel from garlic. (I pre-cut my peppers and garlic prior to roasting). Add in the heavy cream and broth. Puree ingredients in pot. Top with red pepper flakes and fresh basil. Enjoy!
