I like how the show tries to point the finger at Trevor for his dug abuse, but everyone still agrees the owner and daughter are complete bitches.
You can tell just from Gordon meeting Trevor that both Julie and her daughter want him to be on their side and agree that it's all Trevor's fault that the place went into sh!t by using his mental and drug use against him. But after the meeting with everything you could really tell who's fault it actually was.
If someone told me that no one likes/cares about me of course I would get mad to. Not physical but yell back at them.

His mental health doesn't excuse that. He needs to identify his limitations and work on them. But the problems in this episode were julie and her daughter. Jesus christ. Trevor was a problem too but what exactly is Trevor supposed to do with no direction and all the responsibility??? He's 22 with no cooking experience.

I have never once heard of a freaking Italian restaurant serving salmon at all pacific salmon especially considering that Italy is in the Mediterranean Sea I’ve never even heard of Mediterranean salmon. I only know Atlantic and Pacific salmon. I find it even strange especially because I live in Vegas that most French bakeries I’ve run into are serving cinnamon rolls. I’ve never in my life who has French family members have ever seen cinnamon rolls in French bakeries my relatives from France even think it’s weird.

Trevor was not the problem, the bratty daughter and deluded mother were. This is one of those restaurants that I'm glad went under and closed. No employees should have to work for such an insufferable duo.
